We are delighted to announce that our product SoftTech has won an order for Supply and Commissioning of software for approval process for Issuing “NOC and Clearance Certificate form CREDAI Bengaluru for Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services Department (KSFES).
AutoDCR Fire is a unique software which will help Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services Department to automate the processes, manage various types of data transfer across departments .It will also help KSFES in generating statistical reports with ease about the revenue generated, proposals sanctioned in a particular time period etc. ensuring fire safe buildings across Karnataka. To provide prompt efficient response to the emergency needs of citizens and also to save time in building approvals, fire departments need adequate communication technology systems. Sustained revenues may come from fast approvals, efficiency and optimum utilization of resources. The software is also help KSEFS generate more revenue through timely issuance of NOCs which in turn will result in growth of the fire Department of Karnataka’.

CREDAI has taken this decision with the objective of enhancing and strengthening coordination between KSFES Department and real estate developers who are members of CREDAI. MoU was signed for the order between CREDAI and KSFES Department on 03.05.2012. Our company’s Vice President (Marketing and Business Development) Mr. Vijay Jain was also present at the time of signing of this memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services Department (KSFES).
