  • Must have profound knowledge of ACE industry background
  • Should have good networking in the AEC industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Should be very well accustomed to the B2B sales of AEC software and IT products.
  • Should have the capability of generating the lead to closure.
  • Should be able to convince the customers by preparing relevant documents to achieve the sales targets.
  • Should have experience in marketing construction software.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating the leads and converting them to Softtech Customers.
  • Conducting cold calling, fixing and attending client meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the prospects to close the deals.
  • Should manage the customer accounts at a strategic level.
  • High-level prospecting for new business as well as networking skills and relationship building.
  • Promoting products and services to specific target markets.
  • Perform research and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Pitching sales quotations, achieving targets and collecting payments.
  • Facilitate negotiation and signing of business deals.
  • Managing software deliverables.
  • Identify and rectify problems in the sales and marketing process.
  • Has to conduct effective marketing activities to reach a vast customer base.
  • Conclude sales contracts.
