Rajiv heads SoftTech’s high-performance solution framework research team, designing content and workflow driven innovative solutions in the construction engineering space. His specialization includes Business Modeling using OCL for UML and MOF, Solution Architecture, Information Architecture, Domain Specific Frameworks and Object Library, Design Patterns and Best practices. He is also responsible for identification of technology platforms, design patterns, system design validations, and implementation of best practices. He is an exponent of enterprise architecture frameworks like Zachman and TOGAF and ensures design teams follow the best practices. He has held leadership roles in companies like HCL Technologies, Infosys, Tata Infotech to name a few.

Prior to joining SoftTech, he has designed and implemented many large high-performance enterprise business systems for the blue companies and government agencies in US including Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Missouri State Public Service Commissions, New York State Department of Public Service, Merck Group, and Intel Corporation. His innovative Case Management solutions designed for US judicial and quasi-judicial agencies are being marked by IBM.

Rajiv is a Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence from IIT, Delhi. His emphasizes system performance optimization and usability.

Pawan has done his Bachelors in Electronics & Communication and M.E. in Control System. He has over 29 years of professional experience in engineering, maintenance, teaching (MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur), training, and consultancy with Electricity Boards and HR development (Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Vadodara). He is associated with various schemes of the government for reforms in Power, Tele Communication Sector, public sector units and educational institutes. Pawan has developed Simulation Software for Process Plants. He is the Architect behind development of SoftTech’s Multimedia Based Computer Aided Instructions in various subjects of Engineering as per curriculum of engineering education for Technical Institutes in India and overseas.

Rajesh Ponnan is a product evangelist for Construction ERP solutions, organizational systems innovator, and thought leader in construction business. He brings in over 15 years of his expertise in Information Technology and consulting professional within enterprise class product and solution development and deployment.
 
He has had diverse experience in design, development, delivery and measurement of IT products. He has focused on IT ROI realization and has worked on new product development relevant to enterprise software development and deployment models.

Rishi is a dynamic technology professional with over 11 years of experience in Business Analysis, GAP Analysis, Business Process Mapping, ERP Implementation, System Integration, Project Planning & Management, Legacy Data Migration and End User Support. He is one of the core team members who was responsible for the creation and innovation of PWIMS and Opticon – SoftTech’s construction management solutions for government and private enterprises. He has established himself as a domain expert for E-Governance in the Engineering domain. He has contributed significantly to different public sector units such as Public Works Departments of various states and Municipal Corporation of various cities. Rishi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.

Neetesh holds an MS from BITS, Pilani and has over 10 years of experience and is involved in application development in various domains like e-Governance, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, knowledge management, document management and radio frequency identification (RFID). He has managed development and architecture of SoftTech’s Products BPAMS and has helped in architecture and database design of PWIMS, RFID based solutions, complaint and query management system for M.E.S. Bangalore, and product knowledge management system for Get2Chip, Cadence, Atrenta and Xambala.

Sheetal has over 12 years of industrial experience. She has done her M.Tech (Civil) Urban City and Town Planning and Executive Program in Business Management from IIM-Calcutta and Management in IT from IIT-Delhi.

She handles business requirements and client interaction. Sheetal is a functional expert for software products catering to construction industries and e-Governance using .NET/VB, RDBMS and ObjectArx. She is involved in project planning and is well versed with resource management, design and development of product.

Rakesh is a B. Tech.  (Civil) with an MBA (Marketing) and has over 11 years of global experience spanning India, UK and Gulf. Rakesh is responsible for the business unit's financial performance, strategy, marketing, account management and channel management. Rakesh has held management and executive positions with various global firms and has a deep understanding of Government Business.

Sarika is a domain expert in software products for e-Governance projects. She handles project requirements and client interaction. As a core contributor to the team she heads product design, analysis and creation of the product road map. Prior to SoftTech, she was an Associate Architect with DPVIC Pvt. Ltd. She has over 15 years of professional experience and over 9 years’ experience as a practicing Architect. She holds a diploma in Architecture.

Vijay brings with him over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing of software products as well as software solutions with diverse specialization in ERP, S & D, CRM, DMS, Learning Management System and possesses strong domain knowledge in construction, utilities, FMCG, education, life sciences and government. He is a Microsoft Certified Sales Professional for Microsoft Navision (Microsoft Dynamics).
